Pilates is a series of body-conditioning exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. Targeting the deep postural muscles these exercises build strength from within, helping to correct imbalances and realign the body.
At the core of the Body Control approach to Pilates are the eight key principles:
- Alignment
- Co-ordination
- Centring
- Stamina
- Relaxation
- Breathing
- Concentration
- Flowing movements
In 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 you will see the difference, and in 30 you will have a new body.
